Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original shipping bag or a suitable alternative.
Print & Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
